You’ll earn points each time you shop online — currently 10 points for every R1 spent.
Yes. Points are valid on a rolling basis and expire after 12 months of inactivity. Place an order before the period ends and your points will renew.
Tier access lasts 12 months. To retain your tier, you’ll need to earn the required points again within that period.
Approved: Points are available to redeem.
Pending: Points are awaiting verification before they can be redeemed.
Cancelled: Points won’t be added to your account — for example, if an order is cancelled (pending points will change to cancelled).
