A wonderfully textured and aromatic white blend — generous, balanced and easy to love. Expressive and inviting on the nose, it’s rounded and supple on the palate, lifted by a fresh thread of natural acidity that carries through to a long, lingering finish. An effortless, versatile white made for sharing.
Its texture and aromatic generosity make it a brilliantly versatile food wine. A natural match for herb-roasted chicken and creamy pasta dishes, it truly comes into its own alongside buttery shellfish — think garlic prawns, seared scallops, or a classic pot of mussels — and is equally at home with soft cheeses or a simple platter shared on a warm afternoon.
Made with the same care and minimal intervention as the rest of our cellar — crafted from estate fruit and gently handled to keep it fresh, textured and food-friendly, exactly as an everyday white should be.
