Following the overwhelming interest in our 2012 Epilogue release, we’ve uncovered a second treasure: Epilogue 2015.

This limited 6-bottle set includes:
  • 5 x Conclusion 2022 – our flagship red blend
  • 1 x Epilogue 2015 – aged 9 years, never released until now
Only 12 bottles of Epilogue 2015 were unearthed — preserved in perfect cellar conditions and released now, for the first and only time.

Vinification

Grapes were specially selected and harvested by hand and the vineyard yield was exceptionally low at 4-6 Tons / ha. During this process skins were punched down 4 times per day. After completion of alcoholic fermentation, further skin contact was allowed for an average of 18 days. Matured in 35% new 225l French oak barrels for 20 months.

The blend consists of 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Syrah, 26% Merlot and 28% Cabernet Franc
