Perfumed and spicy, showing violet, white pepper and red fruit in a classic Rhône style. 

Two separate samples of Chenin blanc used from Polkadraai in Stellenbosch. 60% percent of the wine was wholebunch fermented for a total of 6 days. Aged in older French oak barrels for 11 months. A wine with freshness combined with a textured finish.
