Delicate, dry, and effortlessly elegant – the first-ever Blanc de Noir from our brand-new Grenache block is finally here. Crafted in limited quantities exclusively for Loyalty Members, this pale-hued beauty brings soft floral aromas, subtle red fruit, and a bone-dry finish that screams summer.

Vinification

Grapes were specially selected and harvested by hand and the vineyard yield was exceptionally low at 4-6 Tons / ha. During this process skins were punched down 4 times per day. After completion of alcoholic fermentation, further skin contact was allowed for an average of 18 days. Matured in 35% new 225l French oak barrels for 20 months.

The blend consists of 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Syrah, 26% Merlot and 28% Cabernet Franc
