The Kottabos Grenache-Syrah is 73% Grenache that was wholebunch fermented and aged in concrete. It was blended with 27% syrah, destemmed and aged in older French oak. A wine with beautiful perfumed fruit aromatics combined with a fresh and focused finish.

The Blanc de Noir is an easy-drinking light rosé produced specifically for our Loyalty members. These grapes were picked earlier for this specific purpose. After 4 hours of skin maceration to extract a light colour, the alcoholic fermentation started naturally and then the wine was aged in older French oak barrels for 4 months.
